About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Training and Development: Conduct regular sales training sessions to equip the sales team with product knowledge, selling techniques, and negotiation skills. Identify individual training needs and support the team's professional growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and high-potential prospects. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Budget Management: Work with the finance team to develop and manage the sales department's budget. Allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal sales outcomes.
