About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices to effectively build and maintain our online presence.

Requirements

  1. Social Media Strategy:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in line with our marketing objectives and brand identity.

    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for social media campaigns.

  2. Content Creation and Management:

    • Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

    • Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms using social media management tools.

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

  3. Community Management:

    • Build and nurture a strong online community, fostering positive interactions and engagement with our audience.

    • Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to expand our reach.

  4. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and generate insightful reports to measure the success of campaigns.

    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize social media strategies.

  5. Stay Current with Trends:

    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in social media platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing initiatives.

    • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

  7. Crisis Management:

    • Handle social media crisis situations calmly and professionally, providing appropriate responses and escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in managing social media channels for brands.

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
