About the Role
Position Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, assisting in various HR functions and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field of HR management. Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and maintaining new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR database. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
HR Policy and Procedure: Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures. Assist in updating HR documents and employee handbooks as needed.
Employee Relations: Support HR in handling employee inquiries, addressing basic HR-related questions, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees. Assist in organizing training materials and monitoring attendance.
Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process, including tracking performance evaluations and maintaining performance-related records.
HR Projects: Contribute to HR-related projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, or HR process improvements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying updated on legal requirements and assisting in audits if necessary.
Employee Benefits: Provide support in administering employee benefits programs and answering benefits-related inquiries.
Exit Process: Assist in conducting exit interviews, processing employee offboarding, and coordinating the return of company assets.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with employees and team members.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in HR documentation and employee records.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
